1. Strict Return Policy
Important Notice
Due to the nature of our products (Handcrafted & Luxury Clothing), we follow a Strict Limited Return Policy. Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product. No returns are accepted for sizing issues, change of mind, or minor color variations.
2. Eligible Cases for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered (mismatch in design or color compared to your order).
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Size or fitting issues (Please refer carefully to our Size Guide before ordering).
- Minor color variations due to screen displays or lighting.
- Minor thread issues common in handcrafted textiles.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or exchange claim for damaged or wrong items, a clear, continuous unboxing video is absolutely mandatory.
- The video must show the opening of the sealed package from the very beginning.
- The product condition and any defects must be clearly shown in the video.
Without unedited video proof, the return or exchange request will be automatically rejected.
4. Return Window & Condition
If your claim is approved, the returned product must meet these conditions:
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and unmodified.
- It must be packed safely in its original packaging.
*If tags are removed or the item shows signs of wear, the refund/exchange will be denied.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected at our Gondal warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited directly to your digital Dhaga Store Wallet as store credit for your future purchases.
Exchanges
Exchanges for damaged/wrong items are subject to stock availability. If a replacement item is not available, a full refund will be credited directly to your Dhaga Store Wallet instead.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Once the order status changes to "Shipped", cancellation is NO LONGER POSSIBLE under any circumstances.
