All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item you ordered goes out of stock, we will immediately process a full refund to your original payment method.

Dhaga offers promotional "Spin to Win" features and Loyalty Coins. These digital assets:

• Have zero cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.
• Can only be applied as discounts to eligible future orders on our platform.
• Are subject to automated algorithmic limits. We hold the absolute right to revoke coins or coupons if we suspect algorithmic abuse, multiple account exploitation, or bot farming.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gondal, Gujarat.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dhaga, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms of Service.
