3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details through the following channels:

  • Tracking number sent via Email to your registered address.
  • Shipment update sent via WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.
  • You can track your order live on the Order Tracking page.
  • Login to your account and visit My Orders for real-time status updates.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

  • A nominal COD handling fee of ₹40–₹60 is applicable per order.
  • COD availability is determined at checkout based on your delivery pin code.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in your pin code being blacklisted from future COD orders.

5. Restricted Delivery Zones

Certain remote, conflict-affected, or courier-unserviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery. If your pin code is not serviceable:

  • You will be notified at the checkout stage before payment.
  • Our support team will contact you to explore alternative delivery options.
  • If no alternative is possible, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
  • Record a clear unboxing video — this is mandatory for all transit damage claims.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and video/photo evidence.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
