1. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹999
All orders totalling ₹999 or more (after any applicable discounts) qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India.
2. Delivery Timeline
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Gondal, Gujarat.
Disclaimer: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, or high seasonal demand.
💡COD & Pre-order Token Policy: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or Pre-ordered items, a small token amount must be successfully collected before shipment. If full payment is made online (Prepaid) at checkout, no token is required, and shipping will proceed immediately.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details through the following channels:
- Tracking number sent via Email to your registered address.
- Shipment update sent via WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.
- You can track your order live on the Order Tracking page.
- Login to your account and visit My Orders for real-time status updates.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹40–₹60 is applicable per order.
- COD availability is determined at checkout based on your delivery pin code.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Repeated COD refusals may result in your pin code being blacklisted from future COD orders.
5. Restricted Delivery Zones
Certain remote, conflict-affected, or courier-unserviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery. If your pin code is not serviceable:
- You will be notified at the checkout stage before payment.
- Our support team will contact you to explore alternative delivery options.
- If no alternative is possible, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
- Record a clear unboxing video — this is mandatory for all transit damage claims.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and video/photo evidence.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
